Pinoy Legends

The use of cheats, hacks, unauthorized scripts, modifications, automation, or third-party tools that provide an unfair mechanical, informational, or visual advantage is prohibited.

• Script executors, unauthorized scripts, and game modifications.
• Cheat, hack, exploit, or automation software.
• Unauthorized macros or tools that automate gameplay actions.
• Software that manipulates game files, memory, network traffic, or gameplay behavior.
• Visual or informational tools that reveal information not normally available to the player.
• Tools intended to bypass or disable game security systems.
• Other software determined by Community Administrators to provide an unfair competitive advantage.

Players must make a genuine effort to participate in competitive matches and must not intentionally undermine their team's ability to compete.

• Intentionally feeding or repeatedly giving opponents kills.
• Deliberately assisting the opposing team.
• Intentionally refusing to participate in an active match.
• Deliberately disrupting teammates or objectives.
• Intentionally interfering with the draft or match-start process.
• Deliberately wasting match time or preventing normal progression.
• Coordinating actions intended to sabotage a match.

Players must not intentionally abuse bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, map geometry, collision errors, or other software flaws to obtain an unfair advantage.

• Accessing areas not intended to be accessible.
• Using glitches to avoid damage, detection, or normal game restrictions.
• Repeatedly exploiting an unintended mechanic for competitive advantage.
• Using bugs to manipulate match outcomes, rankings, rewards, or progression.
• Distributing instructions intended to facilitate continued abuse of a known exploit.

Players must not manipulate competitive systems or match results.

• Win trading or coordinated intentional losses.
• Match fixing or collusion with opposing players.
• Queue or matchmaking manipulation.
• Manipulation of rankings, statistics, rewards, or progression.
• Abuse of matchmaking or competitive-system flaws.

Players should remain in active matches unless circumstances outside their reasonable control prevent them from doing so.

• Intentional abandonment or quitting may result in matchmaking restrictions or other penalties.
• Repeated abandonment may result in escalating enforcement.
• Unintentional disconnections, network instability, device failures, or other legitimate technical circumstances may be considered when reviewing repeated incidents.

Members must treat others with reasonable respect. The following are prohibited:

• Targeted harassment, threats, intimidation, or persistent personal attacks.
• Hate speech or discriminatory slurs.
• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual conduct.
• Encouraging others to harass or target an individual.
• Doxxing or distributing another person's private personal information.
• Malicious attempts to publicly humiliate or intimidate another member.

Members must not falsely represent themselves as Pinoy Legends Management, developers, Staff, Trial Moderators, official creators, official partners, or authorized representatives.

• Creating misleading accounts, pages, servers, or announcements that appear official.
• Using official branding or identities to deceive members.
• Claiming an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.
• Presenting unofficial content as an official Pinoy Legends announcement.

Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, commercial promotion, referral links, server invitations, or external content distribution may be restricted.

• Unapproved Discord or community invitations.
• Unsolicited commercial advertisements.
• Referral or affiliate promotions without authorization.
• Unapproved community or service promotions.
• Suspicious downloads or potentially harmful files.
• Phishing links or other deceptive links.

Members must not use Pinoy Legends spaces to facilitate fraud, account theft, malicious activity, or deception.

• Phishing or credential harvesting.
• Attempting to obtain another person's account credentials.
• Fraudulent transactions or fake giveaways.
• Malware or malicious file distribution.
• Deceptive schemes intended to obtain money, accounts, or personal information.

Members must use channels and communication spaces for their intended purposes.

• Message flooding or repetitive posting.
• Excessive or disruptive emoji, mention, or reaction spam.
• Repeated identical messages.
• Deliberately disrupting conversations or channels.
• Ignoring channel-specific posting requirements.

Members must not share, publish, threaten to publish, or solicit private personal information without authorization.

• Home addresses, private phone numbers, passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information.
• Private conversations or identifying information when disclosure would violate another person's privacy.
• Requests or attempts to obtain personal information for harassment or malicious purposes.

Content that is sexually explicit, excessively graphic, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate for the community may not be posted or distributed.

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Graphic or excessively disturbing content.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Content that violates applicable law or platform rules.

Management and authorized Staff are responsible for maintaining order, enforcing these rules, and protecting the integrity of the community.

• Members are expected to follow reasonable moderation instructions.
• Members should cooperate with legitimate investigations.
• Members should provide relevant information when reasonably requested during an investigation.
• Moderation actions must not be intentionally obstructed or disrupted.
• Questions and appeals should be raised through the designated process.

Staff are expected to exercise their authority fairly, professionally, and consistently.

• Staff must not abuse moderation privileges.
• Staff must not use authority for personal retaliation or personal gain.
• Staff must not falsify or deliberately misrepresent evidence.
• Staff must not disclose confidential information without authorization.
• Good-faith reports or appeals must not be subject to retaliation.

Confidential or restricted information obtained through community participation must not be publicly distributed without authorization.

• Private reports and moderation evidence.
• Internal Staff or Management discussions.
• Private administrative communications.
• Unreleased game or development information.
• Internal decisions or materials designated as confidential.
• Personal information submitted during investigations.

Concerns regarding Staff conduct or conflicts of interest should be submitted through the designated Management or administrative reporting process.

• Reports should be made in good faith and supported by relevant evidence where available.
• Staff members should disclose relevant conflicts of interest when participating in a moderation decision.
• Members must not fabricate reports or use the reporting process to harass another person.

Enforcement is based on the nature and circumstances of each incident. Not every violation will receive the same penalty.

• Severity and impact of the violation.
• Intent and circumstances.
• Available evidence.
• Previous violations or repeated behavior.
• Whether the conduct continued after a warning.
• Cooperation during an investigation.
• Other relevant circumstances.

Depending on the circumstances, Community Administrators may apply one or more appropriate measures.

• Warning or formal notice.
• Content removal.
• Temporary communication restrictions.
• Temporary community suspension.
• Matchmaking or competitive restrictions.
• Account suspension.
• Permanent community removal.
• Game-related sanctions where applicable.
• Device or network restrictions where technically available and deemed necessary.
• Other reasonable measures required to protect the community or game's integrity.

Attempting to circumvent an active suspension, restriction, or permanent ban is prohibited.

• Using alternate accounts to bypass an active restriction.
• Misrepresenting identity to regain access.
• Using another person's account to circumvent enforcement.
• Coordinating with others to bypass a restriction.

Members may request a review of an enforcement action through the designated official channel.

• Identify the action being appealed.
• Provide relevant context and supporting evidence where available.
• Remain respectful and factual.
• Avoid repeated or duplicate appeals while a review is ongoing.

Community Administrators retain reasonable discretion when applying these rules. Enforcement may be adjusted according to the severity, evidence, circumstances, and potential impact of an incident.

• Technical enforcement measures are not automatic and may be used only when deemed appropriate and technically available.
• A specific penalty is not guaranteed for every violation.
• Similar incidents may require different responses when the circumstances materially differ.
• Nothing in these rules prevents Management from taking reasonable action against conduct that clearly threatens community safety, game integrity, or platform security.

Pinoy Legends Management may update, clarify, or reorganize these rules as the game and community develop. Significant changes should be communicated through appropriate official channels.

These rules take effect upon publication through an official Pinoy Legends channel unless a different effective date is expressly stated.

These rules provide general standards rather than an exhaustive list of every possible violation. Community Administrators may interpret and apply them reasonably to situations that are substantially similar to the conduct described above.
